Here you will find information regarding the conditions that apply when you shop with us at NT Home AB. The conditions stated in this document are valid from 11 January 2018 and until further notice.
Prices
Each item is listed with the price including VAT. In the shopping basket you can see the total price including all taxes, VAT, shipping and payment.
Payment terms for Klarna Checkout are listed on the checkout page.

Right of cancellation
Your right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) is valid for 14 days. Your message to us must clearly state that you are cancelling. The cancellation period starts on the day you received the goods or a substantial part of them.
If the contract concerns a custom-made product - or a product with a clear personal touch - the withdrawal period starts on the day we provide the information.
You do not have a right of withdrawal:
the service was started during the withdrawal period with your consent, the price is dependent on financial market fluctuations, such as a stock, the goods cannot be returned due to their nature, the seal is broken on audio or video recordings or computer programmes. Sealing also refers to technical seals.
When you have exercised your right of withdrawal:
You are obliged to keep the goods in as good a condition as when you received them. You may not use it, but of course you must examine it carefully. If the goods are damaged or lost due to your negligence, you lose your right of cancellation.
Services
The purpose of NT Home AB and its operations is to conduct e-commerce with the sale of clothing and articles for the home. Sales can be made to both private individuals and companies.
Deliveries
The expected delivery time is 2-5 days within Sweden. If an item has a different delivery time, it is indicated in the online store.
Uncollected parcels
If you have chosen cash on delivery as your shipping method, your goods will remain at the post office for four weeks. Uncollected items will be returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you costs for return shipping, handling fee and handling fee, currently 199:-.
Returns
Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or we have packed it incorrectly. Returns should be sent by letter or parcel, not by cash on delivery. For exchanges, we will pay the new shipping from us to you.
Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, if it concerns a product: send or return it to us.
In the case of a service: keep the material available to us, unless it causes you inconvenience.
Repayment obligation
If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse you for what you have paid for the goods as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the goods or, in the case of a service, the notice of withdrawal. You have to pay the return costs when you send the goods back.
We always pay the return cost of sending back so-called replacement goods.

NT Home AB is the data controller for the personal data you send to us and is responsible for your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council).

We keep your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the above purposes or as long as we are legally obliged to do so. Thereafter, your personal data will be deleted.

Only NT Home AB staff have access to your personal data. We never pass on, sell or exchange your personal data for marketing purposes to third parties outside the company.
