Description

Each jug is carefully designed and numbered in a limited edition, inspired by the
the first Moomin book, "The Moomins and the Great Flood," and its beloved characters.
With deep respect for Tove Jansson's literary works and characters, Hilke Collection has taken
an elegant water carafe that captures the essence of Moomintroll, without directly using
the shape of the character.
The softly rounded shape of the decanter reflects Moomintroll's round body shape, which
creates a sense of warmth and security.

The elegant curve of the handle is inspired by
Moomintroll's tail, adding a playful yet subtle connection to the character.
The top of the carafe, shaped like a water lily leaf, is not only an aesthetic detail but also a
symbol of the safety and security that Moominmamma and Moomintroll found in
the story when they used a water lily leaf to get to safety in their search for
Moominpappa.

This leaf, which brings them to safety, perfectly captures the sense of protection and
care that permeates the Moominworld.
